Who can open an account?
Trading businesses — convenience stores, gas stations, mini-marts and similar retailers. We verify every application, and we don't sell to the public.
How long does approval take?
Usually one business day. We email you the moment the account can order.
Where do I see prices?
Prices sit behind your account. Once you're approved, every line shows what a case costs before you add it, and your running total updates as you build the order.
Do I have to order online?
No — you can still call or come to the counter. The account is there so you can order without waiting on anyone, not to replace talking to us.
Can I collect instead of taking delivery?
Yes. You choose pickup or delivery at checkout, pick the day, and take a morning or afternoon window either way.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel it yourself while it's still pending or confirmed. Once we've started picking it, contact us and we'll do what we can.
